Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Meraviglia was a pleasant surprise. The location is nearly unbeatable, just a short walk from the main train station and right by a metro stop, making it super convenient to explore Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though not luxurious. Riccardo, the owner, was incredibly helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations. However, the entrance can be a bit tricky to find at night, and the noise from the outdoor bar nearby could be bothersome on busy nights.
I had a pleasant stay overall at Hotel Meraviglia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I got great value for my money. The location is superb, with easy access to the metro and central Rome attractions. Although the area might feel a bit uncomfortable at night, the friendliness of the staff made my stay enjoyable. Next time, I might look for a hotel in a different neighborhood, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Colosseum and the main train station, making it easy to explore Rome. The rooms are a decent size but not overly luxurious, and the facility itself could use some updating. Although some staff struggle with English, they are friendly and helpful, which adds a personal touch to the stay. However, noise from the street can be disruptive at night, and finding the hotel entrance might be a challenge for first-time visitors.
During my three-night stay, I felt very much at home. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always checking if I needed anything. However, the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night, which was concerning.
